I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Breakthru Beverage Group (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
Process takes too long. There are too many people asking questions and not enough people to make a decision. They have a hard time making decisions. Process didn't really make much sense. They should be more committed to the process of making it work for everyone involved. If they were, it would be better for all.
Interview set up by talent management and handled at local office. Intro interview, second interview, final interview with leadership. First two interviews were virtual, not sure if COVID impacted this, final in person.

Initial email from recruiter to setup date and time. Interviewed with two experienced people in position applying for. Was easy going and simple questions along lines of personal info, work history and dealing with situations. Received job via phone call from recruiter couple weeks later.
