Applied with my CV and talked to the senior manager, very casual, asked about my experience and how I work. My CV mentioned I had previous bartending experience, we talked about that and then a casual chat about my interests, what I study for university and what my availability was.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BrewDog (Manchester, England)

Good interview, very relaxed and more within the form of an informal conversation with a member of the management team, Despite a promise of a call back to indicate the results and feedback, the call was never received

Question 1
Tell me about you? What's your favourite beer? What do you know about the company? Favourite aspect and less favourite aspect about the job? why brewdog? Tell me about a time you worked as a team member? Have you ever worked in a Bar? Situational questions on how would you act if the customer told you the beer had a funny taste. Followed by, what would you do if a table was waiting for food for a long time and when delivering you noticed that the food was burned. Besides that it was questions regarding availability etc...

Interview
Applied online, received a phonecall a few days later asking me to interview in person later on that week. The interview took place in the bar itself and it was very relaxed. We chatted a bit about who I am and why I'd like the job. Received and accepted the offer later that same week.
