The experience I had with brewdog was demotivating and frustrating. They were completely disorganized with changing the process, changing dates and generally being indecisive. They asked for a lot of preparation fir an I interview and then senior management were arrogant and insensitive during the meeting. James Watt is absolutely ruthless and lacks any interpersonal skills. The process lacked communication as they did not complete the feedback loop. Horrible experience overall. It is a shame as the brand and beer is well regarded. But taking a peek inside the tent and it looks rotten
