Strange but nice interview process. Had 6 “interviews” with various members of the companies. 4 of which were other GMs. Great opportunity to speak candidly with others in your role and learned quite a bit about the company. Really enjoyed the process overall though I was only really asked questions in 1 or 2 of the interviews. Spent several weeks going through the process was told I was a great fit and was made an offer. I countered as the pay was much lower than expected. Was told they would check with accounting and then ghosted. Nothing. The company has some solid values and benefits. If interested either accept the offer or turn it down. It seems they aren’t open to negotiations.
