Interview
Really laid back and relaxed conversation which focused on getting to know who you were as a person and the interviewer provided a lot of information on the perks and benefits of the job, communicating that it was important that the job suited you as well as whether you suited the job
Recruitment day with 8 other candidates, at another one of their bars. Very casual and straight forward. First hour was listening to a presentation about the company, followed by a group session where everyone had to talk about something they were passionate about for roughly 5 mins. During this candidates would be taken aside for a short (~15 mins) one on one interview. Overall super casual and straightforward.
