I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
Phone. Test. No feedback was given, just an email. Was more than qualified and passed their assessment. Seems like the only promote within. Have to know someone inside to move through the entire process to get the offer
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas in Aug 2024
Interview
This was just a phone screening. Screener reached out by text message to schedule a screening. Had to reach out to the screener as I had scheduled at a specific time and there was no contact. Asked 2 questions about my past experience and then proceeded to ask about my mechanical knowledge. After those questions were done I was then asked if I was interested in a store level non management opportunity. I have been a district/area multi store manager going on 10 years. I did not apply to be an area manager to take a store level technician job. Thank of the wasted time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Des Plaines, IL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The process was very unorganized and they did not communicate at all. This is a computer algorithm HR. I had an initial phone screen which went very well. I was then immediately sent an assessment test to complete online. After completing the test the portal switched to under consideration. After 8 weeks I finally reached a person who stated they had chosen another candidate and I was no longer under consideration.
