Bridgewater Associates Executive Level interview questions

The phone interview consisted of a game of "gotcha". This may work with newbies or recent grads, but experienced financial services professionals with proven track records will laugh their way to hanging up the phone. They espouse a basically Maoist philosophy that is distasteful in the extreme. They say they want to transition from a "founder-led" firm into a more independent company that can stand on its own. I say good luck with that.
