Interview
The interview process was a great learning experience. It was focus on problem solving skills and embodying the culture of the company (i.e., the culture that Ray Dalio talks about in Principles).

First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

HR screen about you and your background, group discussion where you discuss an abstract philosophical question (e.g do you tax happiness, if you could make everyone believe one fact what would it be), analytical interview

You are netflix trying to figure out how much to pay for a new show/how much it's worth, what do you do
Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
