I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (Westport, CT) in Oct 2015
Interview
The first round of interviews consists of a group of candidates debating a controversial topic and being asked to represent different sides of the debate. This continues for multiple hours where they will then go pick the top candidates from this process and move them onto the next step in the interview process.

I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a campus debate on a random topic. It's not really enjoyable much. If you have experience in debate, you'd be advantaged here, but I really don't get how this helps them find the right people.
everything sent in the email; just a group interview and we get to discuss some questions with each other. Had two people working there monitor us and guide (only if necessary). Question was mostly philosophical.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates in Dec 2023
Interview
Interviewer was unprofessional and rude, kept on interrupting me and distorting my points. Absolute waste of my time
