Interview was pretty relaxed. After I submitted my resume I was asked to come for a one on one interview with the supervisor. She asked me a few simple questions about my school schedule and how many hours I wanted to work. At the end of the interview she basically gave me the job right there.

It was about a 15 minute interview. Although I was definitely most qualified out of all the other candidates, I didn't get the position because I didn't know if I would continue working there for more than a year.
