Simple and straightforward. Basically asking if I was capable. Not intimidating and really easy to talk with the professor. My best preparation was the class that I had specifically been hired for. I was originally interested in being a programmer and that wasn't going to work, so I was hired as a research assistant. A few days later, I was informed that a programming position had opened up and that I would be able to work there.

Mine was abnormal I got called because my resume was already in the system. And went into and interview. I had a short coding, challenge and they asked me some logic questions. I found out two days later I got the job.
