It was a brief technical interview with a behavioral interview after that communication was really straightforward between everyone. Also, there were three people in the room with me during the interview and everyone was kind.
Very easy interview. They basically asked my qualifications and decided I would fit in the office. Was offered the next day and started within a week. 10/10 would apply again

Easy hiring process, complete with qualifications to get the job. The job is very enjoyable and relaxed I might add. BYU is a great place to work for. The standards that BYU hold its employees to are standards I wish everyone desired.
