The HR department asked what I would do in the situation of a patient that was a tough stick, or nervous about a blood draw and how I would handle it.
Both the supervisor and medical director of the department were there. It was a good idea to interview them more about the workload, staffing, hierarchy in the department. Both asked standard questions. Specific questions were asked about prior experience and analyzers used.
