What was a difficult patient encounter you had and what did you learn from it?
The interview process went smoothly. Although covid-19 made the process a lot longer than expected I found that everybody was doing the best that they could. They not only asked questions about myself personally but also about how I could help the hospital.

Interview
I interviewed with the hospital float pool and she was excellent. Very accommodating, the culture at Brigham was very focused on teamwork which is nice. She also asked some questions about how I work in a team and how flexible I am being in the float pool you need to be adaptable and take initiative.
