Quick zoom interview, asked about a mistake you’ve made & how you dealt with that. Heard back in about 1 week about offer contingent on passing NCLEX. Was able to start 2 months after offer
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Brigham and Women's Hospital (Boston, MA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had scheduled an online interview for a position I found on another hiring website. During the interview, I had the opportunity to speak with the Nursing Director of the unit I would potentially be working on. The conversation felt casual, focusing on my job history rather than clinical aspects. I was informed that I should expect to hear from a coordinator, as two more individuals would be reaching out to ask additional questions.
To my surprise, I received a job offer and the coordinator promptly sent me the benefits information via email. At this point, I am in the process of evaluating the hourly rate they initially mentioned, as I am considering whether or not to accept the offer. It would be helpful if Glassdoor included a fourth option in the "Did you get an offer" section, such as "Yes, but I'm still considering it." Just a suggestion for updating that section.
