      Customer Support Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BrightBytes (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015

      Interview

The entire process has been very unprofessional. Received an invite for a phone interview, I booked and confirmed the appointment, but on the day of, never received the phone call. I sent the recruiter an e-mail with my phone number and reconfirmed with him my availability. I did not hear back from him until the following week. He apologized for neglecting to call me and we rescheduled for another session later that week. On the day of, he called me 7 minutes past the agreed-upon time (another red flag!) and informed me that they have decided to freeze the hiring for this role for another two months. Needless to say, I was disappointed and frustrated at the lack of professionalism and organization this entire process has been. It has been an utterly waste of time, having to reschedule the interview only to learn that they stopped hiring. I guess I dodged a bullet however. Would not recommedn.
