I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2017
Interview
I had a wonderful phone interview with the company for my initial. The second phone interview went well, but was significantly tougher because my future boss described the role differently than what was listed on the company website. I had thought 50% analytics, it turned out that the role was closer to 99% analystics.
On a very positive note, the staff was super friendly. They returned my phone calls / emails the very same day. This company doesn't have a "black box" where your resume sits for months and months and you hope that someone picks it up and reads it. A great place to apply even if you don't get an offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Louisville, KY)
Interview
The process was very straight forward. Personal get to know you questions then situational questions. Then called back for interview with department lead. The process was fast, easy, like a well oiled machine. They were upfront with all their successes and challenges.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Houston, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Met with two team members, great individuals. Warm, welcoming, and answered my questions with honesty. I could see myself being apart of team but unfortunately the salary isn't something a person can live on much less pay the student loans for degree they prefer you to have which I do.
