I applied online. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very quick and to the point. I was never told what my job duties were going to be, nor did I have a choice in where I would be employed--within my city. I was not told who to report to or follow up with, nor any details about their hiring process. After my interview was over, I felt under-informed and extremely confused. It was difficult to know who was available to answer any of my further questions regarding employment.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Very informational, not like a typical interview with the basic questions, They talked a lot about the job position and what they do as a team. They made sure that you knew it was a call center before they began with the interview. Very relaxed nice people.

The interview consisted of 2 managers. Answered questions that were not specific for the job. The interview was in 2012. I did get a call about a week later to offer me the position. I then had to go in and complete paperwork and consent to a background check. That was again over a week of waiting.
