Interview
Very informative interview, I learned why previous manager was fired and how her team quit shortly after she was fired. I was offered the position and accepted offer. I was to start training in 2 days but Hiring manager called and stating that because I knew an employee that already worked there (not friends, we graduated from same high school same year). Nowhere on the app or in the interview was I informed this was against company policy
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (Sun City, AZ) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online for the Customer Service Supervisor position. I was called within a couple of weeks for an interview. I went in for the interview and loved the atmosphere and vibe I got from the Branch Mangers and the Executive Director. The interview process was easy - very conversational versus interrogational. They were impressed with my resume and experience. I was offered the job on the spot!

I applied through other source. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services in Oct 2014
Interview
Phone interview with Customer Service Supervisor followed by in person panel interview including Executive Director and Regional Manager. Questions were mostly industry specific relating to previous experience in home care field. Multiple questions about relationships with co workers and management at previous jobs- should have been an indicator that this company had a lot of drama, back biting and gossip problems
