Applied online, than met for a face to face interview at their office. The staff were extremely friendly. I brought my resume, license and other documents as requested. They mostly asked about my experience. They took the time to answer many questions I had regarding the position. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. After I was offered the position I had to do a background check etc. and was able to start as soon as it cleared.
