Interview
I went through 4-rounds of phone interviews and each was about 45min in length. Everything seemed in-line with what the job description entailed. An offer was not made since I am required to give a 30-day notice to my current employer (a standard professional notice period), but BES wanted someone sooner; unless someone is willing to burn a bridge or is unemployed, that 30-day notice is fairly standard.
