Question 1
Tell me about yourself and describing sales / landscape maintenance experience.
Simple 15 mins. 3 questions asked. Seemed very generic. Not alot of options to talk on skill sets. Felt very scripted. Overall very simple but not very in depth. I would have expected a large national company to be a little more diligent. When reach back out. No contact was returned. Contacted by phone and email. Was ghosted.

Interview
After being contacted by Brightview based on my qualifications in my resume I was asked to select a day and time to schedule a phone interview. After selecting the day and time I was sent an email confirmation of the interview. The day of the interview came and no one called me. I then sent an email to the person I was to interview with but received no response. The next day I contacted the corporate office and went over what happened. I was told it would be looked into and I would receive a call back. This also never happened. People spend time preparing for an interview not to mention using PTO to take off for the interview. This was the most disappointing interview process that I have ever gone through not to mention how disrespectful it was. If this is how a company treats potential employees I can only imagine how actual employees are treated.

Interview
Interview was very good, lots of good questions. I unfortunately did not get the role because the specific location for this account manager role I applied for needed someone bilingual. Their internal recruiter has been very helpful and has told me to let her know if I see any other positions I would be interested in.
