The initial interview with the recruiter was scheduled about ten days after I submitted my application, and it went exceptionally well. I felt confident that I would be moving forward in the process. However, I was left waiting for five weeks, during which the position was reposted, making me question the professionalism of Brightview's recruitment process. This experience has shed light on the troubling reviews of Brightview on Glassdoor and Indeed. If they handle the recruitment of a VP & GM in such a disorganized manner, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their employees. Brightview has a responsibility to improve their processes and genuinely value the talent they seek to attract. They must do better!
