Far too long. Went through 6 rounds and was told 1 more round was getting scheduled. After poor communication, 6 lengthy interviews, and told that I would get the final interview scheduled within 2-3 days, and then silence… About 2 weeks later I get an automated email over the weekend saying no longer under consideration. Selecting a different candidate is fine, but to tell someone to watch their email for a calendar invite to the final step and then no courtesy of any feedback or a phone call after 6 interviews and to just send a generic “no longer under consideration” is absurd. Treat people’s time with respect and give someone the feedback they deserve after going that far into a process. Did not
