Willingness/ability to work long hours are more important than your experience, ability, knowledge, or certifications and is the basis of the company's "culture". They "spend a lot of time together". The role may not be a good fit for those who do not want to consistently work nights and weekends, are not motivated by drinking at work, or are above a certain age. Company lacks diversity, especially in client facing roles. Black/POC may find they are also not a "cultural fit".
