Interview
First round: 30 minute phone call with the recruiter
Second round: an hour long interview with two of the employees. Pretty straightforward, with mostly fit questions.
Final round:15 min pre- and post-interview chats with the recruiter and three 45-min long interviews in-between. The third one was a simple writing sample interview that asked to craft email responses.
2nd Final round: it was unplanned at first, but I believe they were trying to narrow down between me and another candidate. It was just a 45 min chat with three more employees that did not feel of any substance.
