Clean and well organized facilities. Interview was professional. Although the interviewer was late she apologized. The interviewer asked me many questions and then the memory care director and the activities director showed me around the facility.

Group interview for range of positions being interviewed at one time. Director of the facility sat in front of a row of applicants and asked us a series of questions to which we could respond or not respond. She took notes and said that she would pass our information on to the individual department head in charge or the area we were interested in. When asked when we should expect to hear from that person the director indicated 3-4 days. 3 weeks later I received an email saying they would like to talk further.
