Interview
Contacted me right away to schedule a phone interview.
Phone interview was about 30 minutes overall. Asked what my role was at previous job as well as an everyday routine of job. Also asked math question: What is the sales tax of a $160 ring is tax is %9.5? (Asks you to break it down in your head, not use a pen and paper.)
Told me they would contact me early next week (5 days) and took almost 2 weeks to email me back letting me know they went with someone else.

Question 1
If a diamond was not in inventory, where would it be? (besides lost or stolen)
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
