Long, but not overly difficult. Phone screen with HR and hiring manager, face to face panel interview with three department members. Waited on feedback for about a week. Was presented with an offer and had to do a background check and drug screen.

The process took 2 months. Clear process and good communication from HR. 3 steps: 1/ screening HR, 2/ hiring manager, 3/ panel. The panel focused more on technical questions rather than STAR/behavioral. After final round, got rejection email after 3 weeks.

6 person interview panel with situational based questions. This was a bit intimidating but the tone of the interview was light. There was a portion of skill based questions and then another portion of situation based questions. As this position has direct reports there were also many questions on management style.
