Firstly the phone interviewed by the hiring manager, then the HR people arrange a more formal interview with more people. The formal interview consists of several one-to-one talks with different people of the company. All of the interviewers are very friendly.

first 1 hour presentation to the 10 person panel, then 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, then panel interview with 5 people across functions, finally lunch with 3 scientists. Total on site time is 4 hours.

They asked me to choose a topic that is related to statistics and gave a 30-45 minute presentation. With all the questions and answers, the presentation lasted one hour. After the presentation, I had one-on-one talk with different people, about 30 to 45 minutes with each person.
