Interview
I had an initial video call with the hiring manager followed by a phone call with HR and another video call with the hiring manager's manager. Following that, they arranged a remote interview that consisted of an hour seminar and panel interview session. The interview process was split over 2 days.

Question 1
Most questions were about my experience related to the position, about my research, and some hypothetical questions about different control experiments I could run or how I would test specific hypotheses. I had a few questions regarding supervisory experience and conflict management.
First had a phone screen with HR, next was an interview with the hiring manager 1-1, then invited to interview with the team. The whole process took about a month from start to finish.

The interview panel was extremely pleasant and friendly . Team was very friendly and intelligent. They knew what they were doing. Follow up questions were very thoughtful, they genuinely wanted to know about my research
