I applied online. I interviewed at Broadly (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had two phone interviews (one with Tiffany, an AMAZING recruiter and then one with Tony, the head of the Customer Success Team). After that I was brought in to do four 30-minute interviews with senior members of the Customer Success Team. Candidates were invited to stay for a really fun happy hour after the interview to get to mingle with everyone.
Overall I felt like I was well-prepared for both the interview as well as the process (thanks to Tiffany) and I felt like it was a really efficient way to interview (instead of getting called back multiple times to come in). I also got a sense that they wanted to make sure you felt comfortable in the work environment and that you would be a good fit with such a closely-knit team. They also make some killer ranch popcorn at happy hour- definitely a perk of working at Broadly!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Broadly (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2019
Interview
It begins with phone screen with Sr. Recruiter, Tiffany Lindsey the next step is a phone screen with the Customer Care Manager Amber Costello. After speaking with the CCM you reach back out to the Tiffany on your thoughts and if you still feel it's a good for you as well as them. They are very transparent and communicate with you the entire process. Next step is they schedule you for tour of their office. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you're comfortable to the top it doesn't feel like you're there for a job interview. While there you'll have 4-1:1 interviews, one with Amber and Tony Lam with the Head of Customer Success via FaceTime and lastly on site with Customer Care Manager Pele T and Eric Bourne, Manager of Professional Services. After the interview you're invited to have happy hour in their office kitchen, meet with staff and other potential colleagues (not competition). You'll be given a small homework assignment about which one of Broadly's beliefs from their acronym resonates most with you. You'll be asked this the following day when you follow up Tiffany on whether you would accept the job if she could get you an offer. She'll meet with the team and complied their thoughts and then she'll reach out to you with an information on an offer.
The team is incredibly delightful they truly make you feel apart of the space and the family. Truly the best interview experience ever. They are truly beautiful humans who care about people as much as they care about helping small businesses.

You're friend runs a a small auto shop and asks you to help him get the word out and help attract clients. He only has budget of $2000. How would you allocate those resources to help spread word of his business?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Broadly (Oakland, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
The process took about a month. The interview was very streamlined, all expectations were set up during the first phone interview, which was scheduled to be a week after I first applied.
I sent my application through Planted, who first reviews if they think you'll be a good fit then everything was handled by Tiffany after my application was reviewed by Broadly. My initial phone interview was with her, it was a very comfortable phone interview. My next phone interview was with the customer support team's manager, Tony. This interview was definitely a lot harder and more nerve wracking. Tony is very professional and business oriented and his questions sometimes have to do with your opinion and understanding of the industry. They're tough!
After the second interview there is a short waiting period (you should find out by the end of the next business day) to hear back about whether or not they want to proceed with an in person interview.
The in person interview consists of 30 minute one on ones with team members who are on the team you're applying for and the manager (Tony, in this case). They ask a broad spectrum of questions. They do not take too long to get back to you.
