After only one day after I submitted my online application, I was contacted by Tiffany. She was friendly and provided me with any answers I had about the position. We scheduled a second interview for later that day. I talked with Eric next, a very knowledgeable and pleasant manager of the team I was applying to work for. After our conversation, I was contacted by Tiffany again and scheduled a face-to-face interview the following day. I walked into the Broadly building and was greeted by one of my interviewers. The atmosphere was absolutely awesome and welcoming. Each interviewer was given 30 minutes and allowed me to speak candidly as if we were friends. I got to meet their CSO (Chief Snack Officer) Chloe too. After the interviews, I was given a chance to walk around the office and meet some other employees. The interview process was quick, straight forward with excellent communication. Unfortunately I was not offered the position with Broadly, but the company itself stands for something I believe in and the employees looked very excited to be there.
