First phone screen with the recruiter, then a follow up call with an account executive. Finally, I had three virtual interviews (due to snow) and an in person meeting with my manager and co-workers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Broadly (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied, heard back within a couple hours that they'd like to chat with me more. Connected with Recruiter, she was very friendly and explained the position clearly. She was very helpful in prepping me for the next round of interviews. A couple days later did a Zoom meeting with 2 people from management that was about 45 minutes long immediately after that ended I was connected with VP and had a brief chat with him. In exactly 24 hours I was contacted with offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Broadly in Jan 2021
Interview
I interviewed with Ashleigh for an initial phone screen to which I was told I would move forward to a "speed dating" style double interview and to prepare a sales pitch on anything.
My first interview with Nadia and Mike went fairly well and only lasted for about 30 of the scheduled 45 minutes. The feedback I received from them was positive and that they would gladly have me move forward to the final with Sandra and Marc. The meeting with them also went, what I believed, pretty well. I asked when I might hear back and they said the next day.
I checked my email the following day and at exactly 5p I received this automated message:
"Dear XXX,
Thank you for taking the time to consider Broadly. We appreciate the effort you took to apply to our Account Executive (Remote) position.
Despite the quality of your profile and experience, we have made the decision to not move with an interview at this time.
We appreciate your interest and wish you much success in your job search!
<B>est Regards,
Broadly | Talent Team"
I have attempted to reach out for additional feedback but there has been no response to my emails nor LinkedIn outreach.

Starts with you submitting your resume, doing a quick voicemail to test your phone voice, followed by 4 interviews with Broadly team members, for about 30mins each. They ask great questions and definitely look like they are fun to work with!
