I was referred into the company. Initially, I had the recruiter Tiffany reach out to me and we did a brief 30 minute phone screen which was super simple and straightforward. Basic questions and in all honestly she was just trying to get to know me as a person which was nice. The second phone interview was with a top producer and while it only took 30 minutes, it was a bit more in depth and allowed me to ask some higher level questions about the job. It was very helpful. My in person interview lasted about 2 hours. It was basically 4 back to back 30 minute sessions with integral parts of the staff. They were all really friendly and welcoming. The questions weren’t difficult and they are trying to gauge whether you can make the calls required and also if you’re a cultural fit. I enjoyed the interview process. Unlike many companies they are looking to make you comfortable and just find out the truth which is a breath of fresh air. I received an offer 2 days after the final interview, I was hoping I’d hear the next day because I had other offers but a 2- day turn around is still so fast. I happily accepted the offer and am excited to get started at Broadly!
