I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Broadridge (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online and a recruiter quickly reached out to schedule a call with the hiring manager. Turns out that it was a “panel” interview and I was never informed since it was a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Rolled with the punches but felt like the rug was pulled under me and a glimpse into whats to come. Removed my candidacy immediately.
Started with a call from a recruiter then video interview with a manager. Another video interview then final one with immediate supervisor. The last interview was a little more intense.

They asked basic interview questions. First, there was a quick screening interview over the phone with a recruiter, then there was another phone interview with the hiring manager. Tell me about your strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. it was a straight forward interview.
