There was not too much behavioral questions at the first interview. I was asked to explain one of my projects. It was more about case studies and simple programming questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Broadway Technology (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process consists of applying online, a first round one-one interview, and a final round "super day" at Broadway's offices. In the final round, I interviewed with four people for one hour each and they also provided lunch. The interviews themselves are challenging, focusing on problem solving/case study sorts of questions. However, all of my interviewers were really nice and patient. After interviews were over, the rest of the weekend consisted of a number of fun events to get to the know the team, including bowling and bubble ball.
My impressions after interviewing with Broadway were stellar - great people doing great work. I interviewed with 6 other well-known companies and this one was the clear winner.
