Interview
The interview includes one online assessment, one interview and one virtual onsite interview (includes three rounds).
The company can rescind your offer in many ridiculous way. Although no NDA is required to sign, the company can still rescind your offer by arbitrarily thinking you "you have posted, accessed and used online" the interview questions of this company at some other websites.
If you are lucky to avoid from this ridiculous reason, another reasons to revoke your offer is following their super weekend (which takes place after your final interview and offer):
"Your brief appearance at
activities and disinterest in engaging with the Broadway team did not demonstrate the enthusiasm about the
opportunity to work at Broadway that we expected to see."

First round through Karat was two LC easy/medium questions.
Second round required me to submit code sample. Interviewer asked me behavioral questions then reviewed my code sample. Seemed super disinterested and asked me questions like, “What would you fix about this code?” and “What does this line do?” Felt very condescending and made the interview feel uncomfortable.
Rejection email followed shortly after.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Broadway Technology (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
- Phone screen with contracting company Karot - Submit code sample (100 lines) and discuss it with an employee - Super Day (3 coding interviews) and a bunch of fun activities These are the nicest people ever. I had really positive interview experiences even over zoom, which was totally different than all other interviews I've had with other companies.
PLEASE do not go to Broadway. It is a SO unresponsible and random company. I got my offer in early October. After I go to the super weekend at the end of October, HR told me my offer was rescinded because I did not attend the whole activity which was located in a bar till midnight. Ridiculously, they said the super weekend is also part of the interview which was never mentioned before. I am a 22-year-old student who does not like alcohol and did not go to the bar before. I felt uncomfortable staying in a noisy atmosphere and asked HR whether I can leave early. HR happily said yes. Then, the candidates (at least 3 as far as I knew) left early got their offer rescinded. PLEASE DO continue interviewing with other companies and NEVER choose broadway. Who knows whether it will withdraw your offer one day before you enter the company :) I really hope I could upload the picture as evidence, but it seems glassdoor does not allow me to do so. Toxic company environment :) And I felt lucky that my offer got rescinded otherwise I may be forced to drink otherwise got fired later:)
