I interviewed with a woman who apparently had decided I wouldn't fit the position before she even called. She spent the majority of the "interview" (which was really an interrogation, as she didn't even leave room for me to ask questions about the position) basically telling me that I didn't have the experience needed. She even characterized my work experience as "stints".
Yes, those were her literal words. I'm guessing she doesn't realize that in today's job market, there is no employer loyalty and there's no point in staying more than a year or so at jobs that won't even incentivize your hard work. Also the length of time spent at any job doesn't reduce the amount of work you take on...
Anyway, despite me giving direct examples of the experience she claimed I didn't have, she had already decided my experience was "too junior" and said she'd give me a call if any less experienced roles came open. In addition, the job description ended up sounding completely different from what was posted. Yeah, I won't be picking up that, or any, calls from them in the future.
