I applied online through their website. Within a week, their HR representative called me for a phone screen. During the screen, he told me more about the company asked basic questions about education and experiences. He also asked for preferences in terms of the work I like to do and the location. Later in the week, I received notification for an in-person interview at their office.

Was a smooth process, starting with a phone screen that is behavioral and later followed by another interview that isn't too technical but more about getting to know you and see whether you will be a good for for the company or not.
The process was okay. The interviewer did not show any emotion acted friendly but really was mean minded. Seemed to be very interested in my outside hobbies (like what shows I watch and stuff)- made it seem like we were getting along but honestly was probably judging choices.
