A phone interview of 30 minutes with HR as the first round. A Skype interview with their director took 1 hour and 40 minutes. He went through some details with every of my employments, no technical question but yes or no type. Three days later I got a email saying I was rejected because they found another person with more fit to the position. Fine, I expected they might give me an offer with much lower pay.
