Process took less than 2 weeks. Started with a HR phone screening, Basic HR stuff, They tell you a bit about the company, are you eligible to work in Canada e.t.c, and briefly go over the relevant items in your resume and salary expectation. If you make it through then its on to the In person interview. They go into more detail about the company and nature of the work, then they go over everything in your resume and transcript(if u are a recent graduate) from your work experiences, personal projects and school experiences. Best advice I can give is own your experiences, know it like the back of your hand, the good and the bad, how they affected you, and just be yourself. Questions are generally are pulled from what you tell them about your experiences so its gonna be unique for each person. Your social skills are important, your technical skills listed on your resume won't sell themselves, you have to weave them in as you talk about your experiences and they will challenge what you tell them. So if you can't speak on it with confidence probably don't bring it up.
