I interviewed at Brock Solutions SEVERAL months ago, but I didn't want to leave a review until I have MULTIPLE interviews at different companies, to give it a fair chance. During that time, I had 2 dozen of interviews, including from 4 people start up, to FANG company, for your reference.
It started with an HR call (which was ok), followed by an onsite. It was THE worst interview experience ever! They aren't interested in your aptitude, but asks about pointless behavioral questions, to look down on you. The interviewer was very rude, and shows disinterest in you. When I was asked to explain my history, they were condescending to my responses, keep objecting my decisions, as if they are wrong choices. (Eg, "You said you went to college X because of the opportunity, but it appears you didn't go there because you weren't' good enough to get accepted to Y") People take on life differently, at different pace, with different paths, but Brock Solution clearly has no respect for that.
During the interview, they asked me to provide a reference on the spot, and told me that if they were to call them, would they say what I claim about my work ethic is correct. I have not heard anything even remotely close to this condescending any other interviews.
Overall, I felt extremely unwelcoming during my interview to the point where I wanted to just leave halfway during the interview. If I am treated and felt like this during an interview, I can only imagine what the actual work would look like.
