Typical phone screen followed by behavioral interview and then a technical interview. Both interviewers were fairly reasonable, and the technical interview was, for the most part, an appropriate level of difficulty relevant to the role. Only real issue was the amount of waiting between stages, minimum of two weeks of radio silence between interviews (I know this isn't that unusual, but still frustrating to be left waiting in this job market)
