Brock Solutions Inc. Software Engineer, Implementation interview questions

I applied online, and next day they reached to me for a phone interview. They asked me why i chose this job/company, my experience with different programming languages, my salary expectation, do i have any questions regarding the job description. All of the questions are pretty general, no technical ones. Then, they said they will talk to manager to schedule an interview for me. After waiting for 1 week of so, i received an email from them saying that the job is taken.
