I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bronto Software (Durham, NC) in Jul 2017
Interview
Interview process was lengthy 6 stages - the whole process took about 3 months. First started with a phone call from a recruiter followed by a call with an individual from the Professional Services team. After this you came in for a "Meet & Greet". Once this went well was asked to do a project & present it to the design team. After the presentation I was scheduled to have an interview with the head of Professional Services, but after my presentation the following interview with this individual was canceled because she was "really busy". They reassured me that we would reschedule this interview and that it could be possible to do this by phone. Needless to say, I have heard nothing from Bronto since the final stage of the interview not even an email saying they decided to choose another candidate. It's quite unprofessional to expect someone to spend this much time on the interview process and receive no letter or follow up. It seemed like a great place to work, but communication is not the best practice at this company.

Question 1
Do you have experience dealing with external clients?
What email newsletters do you follow and what do you like about them?
I applied online. I interviewed at Bronto Software in Jun 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview, which I promptly engaged. After a week, I finally was contacted for the initial interview. I was again pushed out another week to another recruiter, and the next week I had another phone interview with what was to be a hiring manager. After the interview, this hiring manager literally told me "Everything is great here, I will send over my notes back to the recruiter to get you set up for next steps".
I never heard back from anyone, not even an email stating I was no longer being considered for the role (abnormal for a "professional" enterprise). It was only after I was going to reapply for the position, that I found in the site's "job cart" that I was no longer being considered.
If you would like to waste at least 4 weeks out of your life pursuing a position you are probably more qualified for than the people that Bronto is hiring, I strongly encourage you to apply!
