The interviewer followed a form asking pretty standard interview questions. Mostly concerned with self motivation, organization, and conflict resolution. Pretty generic questions. Interview lasted about 40 minutes, followed by a 45 minute writing sample and excel worksheet.

Great interview process, accurate questions to gauge experience, and plenty of encouragement to ask questions. I had a good experience. I was hired as a case manager, it is alot of work but it was the job I needed to really make me discover my passion for social work.

I think that the interview was very straight to the point. They asked a variety of questions regarding my interest in the role. I enjoyed speaking with everyone in the Department. The organization itself seems very mission Driven, which is always a plus.
