Three interviews and lots of personality testing. It was a long and tedious process. You had to go online and fill out documents and take tests then I had three phone interviews and two in person interviews.

Lengthy in depth interview with multiple levels of staff, using Targeted Selection questionaires, and phone, in person, and in community interviews. I was introduced to many core staff in office, and in field to determine a cultural fit.
