I worked there 2 years earlier, they called me last month(2/09) & asked me to come & talk to them, which I did. I filled out a new application as a formality & they lost it, the new Ex. Director scheduled a second interview with me & then took that day off. There is no Leadership skills in this Corp. Last week(3/09), the next new Ex. Director called me & asked me to come fill out "another" application, I declined.

Background check took 2 weeks, TB test 3 days, fingerprints 12 days, a little frustrating. one on one interview thih mgr. 18 hrs of computer training needed completed before being allowed on the work area. they paid for training and provided computer, did that sat and sun to work monday.offered me the position Pending screening process..which means they couldnt hire me for about 3-4 weeks.

Very formal to the point of condescending. No real job specific questions, Discussed last positions, and interviewer was very concerned about longevity (years on the job) even though I have held a position in one company for over 29 years. Seem odd at the time, but realize in retrospect there was a lot of turnover, rightfully so
