I applied in-person. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living in Jun 2017
Interview
Easy, people who interviewed me were very kind and professional with easy questions. They were very kind because it was low pay and they were having difficulty filling the position. They were nice but the second I started working there...it was stress about census with very little training and help on the job. It was all about filling up the building with residents. And not too much else mattered. And heaven help you if census is low....you will get ridden and made to feel super bad until it increases or they make your like unbearable and you quit! They pulled the old " bait and switch". Super nice at the interview...super horrible to work for. Beware!
